The Walk and Talk Event is a monthly walk run by Hampton Medical Centre. The aim of the event is simple:
- Encourage simple, gentle physical activity
- Reduce isolation and support social wellbeing
- Help build stronger community connections
Tell your family and neighbours (who are HMC patients), and spread the word to anyone you feel would be interested! We would love to see as many of you there as we can.
