Physical accessibility

  • Hampton Medical Centre has automatic opening doors for access to reception and consultations rooms. The corridors have wide access for wheelchair users and pram access.
  • We have a disabled toilet and baby changing facility.
  • Blind Patients – inform the receptionist and the clinician will come out to the patient to guide them to their consulting rooms.
  • We have a conduction Loop System to assist patients with hearing difficulties.
  • We have Access to DA Interpreting Service to Access interpreters for deaf patients and patients who do not speak English.

How can I make a complaint?

At Hampton Medical Centre, we strive to provide the highest possible standard of care and service to all patients attending our practice.

However, we recognise that on occasion, things may not go as expected and patients may feel they have grounds for a complaint. Should this occur, we are committed to addressing concerns promptly, fairly, and as amicably as possible.

We kindly request that all complaints are submitted in writing and addressed to our Reception Manager, Chloe, who will ensure that your concerns are handled appropriately and passed on to the relevant member of our team.
