Dear Patients,

As advised by NHS England all future face-to-face GP appointments will be by triaged over the telephone.

This change is introduced with an immediate effect.

DO NOT COME TO THE SURGERY!

If you require to see a GP please ring the surgery on 0208 979 5150 or 0208 979 3306 and request a triage call from a GP.

No advance GP appointments will be available until further notice.
