BOOTS PHARMACIES CLOSING

Dear Patients,
Since closing of two of our local Boots pharmacies we have had an increased number of complaints from patients about their services.
As Boots is a separate business, we do not have any influence on their operational procedures & any other aspects of their service provision.
Please liaise your complaints and concerns with Boots customer service team on: 0345 070 8090.
Please also remember that our staff must be able to come to work without fear of violence, abuse or harassment from patients or their
relatives & such behavior will not be tolerated.

We hope this message finds you well. We regret to inform you that the following pharmacies will be closing its doors.
Boots Pharmacy–
29 Tangley Park Rd, Hampton TW12 3YH- Effective on the 21st of October 2023
Boots Pharmacy–
28B Priory Rd, Hampton TW12 2NT- Expected to close on the 11th of November 2023*
(May close earlier but not confirmed yet)
We understand the importance of your ongoing medication needs and want to ensure a seamless transition for you.
To continue receiving your medications without interruption, we kindly request that you take the following steps:
- Select a New Pharmacy: Please choose a new pharmacy where you would like us to send your medications. You can select any pharmacy that is convenient for you.
- Inform Us of Your Choice: Once you’ve chosen a new pharmacy, please contact us at [Contact Information] or visit our pharmacy in person to provide the name and contact details of your selected pharmacy.
- Authorization: We will work closely with your new pharmacy to transfer your prescription. This will ensure that your treatment remains uninterrupted.
- Prescription Refills: If you have any pending prescription refills, please request them before our closure date to ensure you have an adequate supply during the transition.
