If you need help when we are closed

For non – urgent medical problems which cannot wait until the surgery re-opened  contact the Out of Hours service on NHS 111 from a landline or mobile.

Physical accessibility

The Hampton Medical Centre has automatic opening dooors for access to the reception and the consultations rooms. The corridors have wide access for wheelechair users and pram access.

There is a disabled toilet and baby changing facility.

For Blind Patients , please inform reception and the doctors will come out to the patient to guide them to their consulting rooms

We have a conduction Loop Sytem to enable pt with hearing difficulties.

We have Access to DA Interpreting Service to Access  BSL interpreter for Deaf patients  and for patients who do not speak English.

How to make a complaint

We make every effort to give the best service possible to everyone who attends our practice.

However, we are aware that things can go wrong resulting in a patient feeling that they have a genuine cause for complaint. If this is so, we would wish for the matter to be settled as quickly, and as amicably, as possible.

To pursue a complaint please contact the complaints manager who will deal with your concerns appropriately. Further written information is available regarding the complaints procedure from reception.
