Patient Participation Group (PPG) meetings

We are continuing to engage with our patients at the Patient Participation Group meetings. The meetings are attended by both volunteer patients and Hampton Medical Centre staff to discuss varies issues and changes in the practice. It is a great way for the practice to receive feedback. New volunteers are always warmly welcomed. If you are interested, please sign up at the front desk.


We hope you have been happy with our services. If not, the practice offers an informal, internal complaints procedure. We aim to achieve high standards and take action to resolve problems quickly.

You can find a complaint form at the front desk. This will be accordingly dealt with by the practice. You can also speak to Luxmi, our Customer Service Supervisor or the Practice Manager.
