With patient’s needs at the heart of everything we do, our website has been designed to make it easy for you to gain instant access to the information you need. As well as specific practice details such as opening hours and how to register, you’ll find a wealth of useful pages covering a wide range of health issues along with links to other relevant medical organisations.

Copy of the Minutes of the last meeting (held on 10th January 2018) is available at reception upon request.

Please be aware that this service has recently changed.

From 1st May 2017 you will need to be registered for online patient services to request your medication - please ask at reception for further details. 

You will be pleased to know that this is a new website service and registering is much easier than before as it is one simple form that needs completing. 

This service will enable you to book and cancel an appointment online, request repeat medication, update your contact details etc. 

If you only want the ability to make appointment online you do not have to wait for any registration form as you can sign up immediately by going to the new website at and click on Register tab
